Shipping Charges

Orders that subtotals are $200 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders under $200 are based distance and weight and calculated at checkout. For example shipping outside the Continental US such as to Alaska or Hawaii have an additional charge of $20 due to additional fees we have to pay on orders under $200.

Shipping charges will be applied on applicable orders and will be automatically included as part of the “Order form” order entry process.

Order Tracking
Once an order has been placed, a tracking number will generally be provided via a shipment confirmation email within five (5) Business Days.  If such an email is not received for order-tracking information reach out to us via our contact us page. Once an order has been shipped, the tracking information will be made available on the order status page of the We Are KBeauty Website.

After We Are KBeauty. has accepted and processed an order, it will use reasonable efforts to ship the order to the address specified in the order using a carrier chosen by We Are KBeauty Risk of loss or damage will pass to the customer/ordering Beauty Planner upon the carrier’s confirmation of delivery to the specified address. Orders are shipped on business days only. Beauty Planners and their Customers should allow up to two (2) Business Days for order processing and an additional five to seven (5-7) Business Days for delivery within the continental U.S. In some instances, additional business days may be necessary to complete delivery due to USPS handling and routing which is outside of We Are KBeauty control. We Are KBeauty. will use reasonable efforts to fill Customers’ orders but will not be liable for any damages arising from any failure to fill orders or any delay in delivery. We Are KBeauty reserves the right to cancel any order where the address has been changed after the order is placed.

Return Policy

Shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you experience any skin irritation, itching or pain, stop use immediately and consult your medical professional and contact us for a full refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  You must notify us of a return request. Please do not ship before receiving a confirmation that customer service is aware. They must provide you with the return details which may vary by location.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are two ways of starting a return. 
First way is:

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.


Sign in to your account:

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

 

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

The second way is you can contact us at wearekbeauty.com/contactus. Please include the order number items you would like to return and the reason.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address but not before confirming with us to send it:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
