Wet entire face with water, take an appropriate amount in palm, gently rub on face in circular motions from centre of face outwards, then rinse thoroughly with clear water.

Orders that subtotals are $100 or more receive free standard shipping.  Shipping for orders under $100 are based on distance and weight, and is calculated at check out. Orders going to Hawaii have a shipping charge of $20 if the order subtotal is less than $200.


Shipping charges will be applied on applicable orders and will be automatically included as part of the “Order form” order entry process.

Order Tracking

Return Policy

Shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you experience any skin irritation, stop use immediately and contact us for a full refund. However, a refund is not applicable if more 1/3 of the product has been used.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  You must notify us of a return request. Please do not ship before receiving a confirmation that customer service is aware. They must provide you with the return details which may vary by location.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

I could not be more impressed with this serum! I had high expectations just based on the sticker price and I was not disappointed. I use this after I wash my face in the evening, it follows my toner and precedes the rest of my skincare routine. I absolutely love how this serum makes my skin look and feel. I use it in the morning too and in just a few days I have seen a significant improvement in my forehead lines. I'm not sure how often I would splurge on this one but I think it will last quite a while as I am only using it on the trouble spots. Love this stuff!
